I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your work with the PSV 500 video. This video has been shown to the frontline in the hangar to those who are working on the PSV's today. It is an important piece of the communication that was required to kick off our new concept the right way. The CI team, developed a presentation that went along with the video and did a great job communicating the changes that were coming to all of those involved. This up front approach is being used to answer the "why" before we ever get the question. The early results are very positive. We are seeing the ownership and pride return to the workplace. Without you supporting Base with this implementation we would not have seen the positive results as soon as we have.
